All purchases made through our store are final sale. We do not accept requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please carefully check the product details, size chart, measurements, color, and other information before placing your order.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your complaint, you may be required to provide:
- Unboxing video showing the package from the beginning
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
📏 Size & Color
We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Product looking different due to screen/display settings
- Minor differences in color, print, or measurements that can occur during manufacturing
